Notation

This page will contain some basic notation.

• $\mathbb {F} _{2}$ or 𝔽₂ is the binary space;
• Failed to parse (SVG (MathML can be enabled via browser plugin): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \mathbb{F}_{2}^n} or 𝔽₂^𝑛 is the binary vector space of dimension 𝑛;
• Failed to parse (SVG (MathML can be enabled via browser plugin): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \mathbb{F}_{2^n}} or 𝔽_2^𝑛 is the finite field with 2^𝑛 elements;
• 𝑊_𝐹 is the Walsh transform of the function 𝐹;
• 𝑛𝑙(∙) or 𝒩ℒ(∙) indicates the nonlinearity of a function;
• 𝒟_𝑎𝐹 is the derivative of the function 𝐹 in the direction of 𝑎;
• 𝐺_𝐹 is the graph of 𝐹;
